Just weeks ago, UFCW Local 401 took a bold step forward by applying to unionize the workers at Foothills Creamery, and the momentum is undeniable.

What Happens Next
The process is moving forward and we’re getting closer:
- The Labour Board has issued its official report (March 27, 2026).
- If there are no objections, a hearing may not be required.
- A vote is expected in the coming weeks, with details on timing and format to follow.
- The process is confidential, votes are cast by secret ballot, and employers will never know how anyone voted.
